My story is similar to the majority of women… 

In different places along my journey, I learned that taking care of myself was selfish and had to be earned by burning myself out. I picked up the habit of ignoring red flags, and my life slowly snowballed into a body wrestling with an autoimmune disease, a mind with constant disordered anxiety, and a spirit that was totally disconnected.

I’ve spent the last several years learning to reclaim my right to be cared for and rebuilding my relationship with the person I’m with the most...myself. And I’m here to help you do the same thing!

Self-care is so much more than bubble baths, spa days, and vacations. I believe it’s meant to be a daily rhythm that empowers us to show up authentically to the gift of our lives. 

Together through Self-Care Coaching, we’ll find simple practices for building realistic self-care habits, explore the nuts and bolts of emotional health, and grow in honesty and compassion with ourselves. As a consequence, I promise that your relationship with God and those around you will flourish.

What can you expect in a session?

Sessions are 50 minutes long, and virtual. During that time together, we’ll tend to your heart, and we’ll be curious about what’s really going on in your inner world. I’ll ask a lot of questions, & offer you tools to help you steward your heart and care for yourself well. I typically work with clients 1-2 times a month. 

We may work well together if: 

  • you struggle with self-care

  • you’re looking to grow in self-awareness and self-compassion 

  • your self-talk sucks

  • you want to focus on your emotional health and learning emotional health tools

  • you feel exhausted all of the time

  • you don’t know how to name what you’re feeling or process emotion

  • you don’t know how to set boundaries 

  • you struggle with forgiveness

  • you’re newly married

  • you wrestle with anxiety

  • you experience chronic illness

  • you feel disconnected from God

  • you’ve already gone to therapy, and are looking for something different
